We kept seeing the same problem in small and growing online shops: the founder, or a small team, stuck doing order admin, listing updates and customer emails instead of the work that actually grows the business.
Hiring for those tasks is slow and expensive. Freelancers come and go, and every new person has to learn your products and systems from scratch. We set up LUFIO as a dependable middle option: a trained operations team, on a fixed monthly subscription, working inside your systems and to your standards.
